Initially Neil was the photographer and Lyn the model. This worked very effectively as each knew instinctively what was required to achieve the image. On dives where the goal was to photograph marine creatures, Lyn excelled as the subject finder and critter wrangler. When Lyn decided to take a camera underwater, what changed was that now they get twice the amount of images and these images are from two completely different view points, especially in macro photography. As well as the scientific record images and the artistic behavioural images of the subject, Lyn has an artistic eye for beautiful patterns and textures.

Both Neil and Lyn are skilled divers, both are Commercially certified to AS 2815.1., Penetration Level Cave Divers with the CDAA and Neil is certified to dive using Trimix. With 40 years and thousands of dives for experience between them, thinking about being underwater is not required, it is second nature. This allows total concentration by both on the photographic task being undertaken and reflects in the images resulting from their dives. Whether in the shallow warm clear waters off Bali or deep inside the dark passages of an inland cave system, Neil and Lyn work together as a team.

Neil worked full time for two years as a production stills photographer and second underwater cameraman for Quest Productions on an Adventure/Natural History series for Discovery Channel. Currently for Neil, photography is balance with other projects but Lyn works full time photographing, cataloguing and promoting the images in the stock library. Lyn is a wealth of knowledge about the creatures that they photograph, as she researches their scientific names and other relevant information to accompany the images when they are sold.
